Amin Abdellatif, Group President of CTC Group, has demonstrated that successful
and sustainable businesses in Sudan can be built by recruiting and developing
local human capital
Khartoum
(March 31, 2021) – CTC Group has
transformed from a family business with less than 50 employees into one of the
leading multi-sector corporates in East Africa, employing over 1,500 Sudanese
professionals.
As
Group President, Ahmed Amin emphasised the development of Sudanese human capital,
running apprenticeship and graduate programs to give vocational training and
university graduates the opportunity to build successful careers.
He
has successfully worked towards raising Sudanese business standards to
international levels, through the implementation of world-class certified
management systems, with a particular focus on the nurturing and development of
local human resources. He was recently elected as a member of the Board of
Trustees at Alzaeem Alazhari University, a prominent academic institution in
Sudan.
Ahmed
has a particular interest in the fields of Sudanese economic development, youth
entrepreneurship and family business delivering keynote presentations and
speeches at a number of universities, associations,and local and regional
events.
